The Finishing Source, Inc. is located in Buckhead, 20-30 minutes from Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson airport and only minutes north of downtown just off I-85.
The area has a wide selection of hotels (some of which include The Finishing Source's free shuttle service) in various price ranges and offered amenities. It also offers excellent Zagat's rated restaurants with an assortment of cuisines including exotic ethnic, down-home comfort food, and traditional American fare. If you feel the need to shop, you will not be disappointed by the opportunities available in this vibrant, thriving business district. The studio is located off the same road as Lenox Square Mall and Phipps Plaza, both 2.5 miles away.
Besides its convenient location, Buckhead is also the heart of Atlanta's design and art community. The studio is minutes away from ADAC (the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center), The Atlanta Institute of Art, as well as, numerous galleries, showrooms, antique markets and designer's studios. If you have some extra time before or after class, several highly regarded museums are great places to visit including The High Museum of Art, Atlanta International Museum of Art, Michael C. Carlos Museum at Emory University, Museum of Contemporary Art, and The Swan--Coach House--all within a 10 minute drive of the studio.
For night time entertainment, Atlanta hosts a wide variety of selections. Interested decorative artists should catch a show at the fabulous Fox Theatre, a masterpiece of 1920's design and trompe l'oeil painting featuring a Moorish theme. For more tourist information : Atlanta Info

From the Airport:
- Take I-75/85 North. When they split, stay on I-85 North.
- Take first exit past split (Buford Highway). Then take Piedmont & Monroe Drive exit south.
- At light at end of exit ramp (in front of fire station), turn left.
- Cross Piedmont Road at next light (you will have to dogleg slightly to the right to cross Piedmont). You are now on Cheshire Bridge Road.
- At second light, turn left onto Faulkner Road. Our studio is in the first set of one-story brick buildings on your left.
Coming from North Atlanta down I-75 South
- Take I-75 South to I-85 North (exit ramp is on your left)
- Take first exit past split (Buford Highway). Then take Piedmont & Monroe Drive exit south.

- 400 South to Sidney Marcus exit; turn left at end of ramp
- Street dead ends into Buford Highway: turn left and immediately get into right lane.
- At 1st light, turn right.
- After light at Lindbergh/LaVista, appx. two tenths mile (CVS pharmacy, BP station and Ace Hardware), go to second light and turn right onto Faulkner Road. Our studio is in the first set of one-story brick buildings on your left.
Coming from North Atlanta, taking I-85 South
- Take I-85 South; exit at Cheshire Bridge Road and turn left at end of ramp
