Looking for some additional guidance ~ I have a customer that has had some exterior balcony repairs and there is a 6" band of stucco on the outside edge that needs to be fauxed to look like slate to match the concrete area that was torn up and had slate tile installed. Any recommendations ~ This is a home on Lake Lanier, all exterior work.

I'll be down this week to pick up product.

Thanks,

Dawn,

You shouldn't have any problem with the QuartzStone on the balcony. Just make sure you prep the area well and and get a couple of coats of SetCoat on the area. If you are glazing the QuartzStone, make sure you put a barrier coat on then probably C500 (one of my top favorites). Some of the topcoats have a UV protection in them, but I don't recall them off the top of my head. Somebody at The Finishing Source can tell you much better than me.

Janie
