Classroom set up for update weekend

With over 7,500 square feet to accomodate our store, studio, and contracting/furniture workshops, special attention has been paid to our classroom facilities. We have created a stimulating atmosphere to enhance your artistic education.

The reception area showcases numerous floor-to-ceiling finishes and vignettes, including plasters, glazing, textures, graining, stenciling and trompe l'oeil. Beautifully lit as a showroom, this area is open to our students for meetings with their clients. With advance notice, we can even custom tailor the displays available for viewing.

Climate-controlled and fully carpeted, our comfortable classroom area is over 1000 square feet, allowing the instructor and an assistant to guide each student in producing beautiful samples at individual workstations. The room is lit by a new combination of task, incandescent and fluorescent lighting so that colors can be mixed and samples produced under conditions similar to clients' homes. Throughout each class, students are able to observe not only the techniques being taught in their session but also the display boards and samples from all the other courses taught at our location.

A separate workroom, dedicated to setup, allows assistants to prepare materials and tools for class without disrupting or disturbing students. We pride ourselves in making our program the best organized and most smoothly run, so that our students can focus on really learning new techniques and on producing a greater number of finishes in their time with us.
